§ Assisting the Investors in negotiation with their Partners on their investment co-operation agreements, joint venture contracts, business co-operation contracts and other investment-related agreements in Vietnam;
§ Providing legal checks and assessments of Investment sites and locations;
§ Drafting or reviewing pre-contractual documents (letter of intent, MOU, non-disclosure agreements, etc.);
§ Drafting or reviewing investment co-operation agreements, joint-venture contracts, business co-operation contracts, technical assistance contracts, etc.);
§ Drafting other Investment Application documentation;
§ Representing Investors in submission of the Investment Application dossiers for obtaining of Investment Certificate and closely following up with the examination and assessment process of the Investment Projects;
§ Providing the post-licensing formality services including but not limited to the registration of corporate seal, tax code, management personnel, working permits, import licenses, enjoyment of investment incentives, remittance of profit abroad, etc.
§ Providing other legal assistant services during the operation of the enterprises and/or the implementation of the Projects.
