Mr. Thang is the Managing Partner, Director of TTK LAW FIRM and Director of TTK International LLC – a registered IP agency. Mr. Thang has over 10 year experience in business legal counseling in Vietnam. Mr. Thang provides legal services in the fields of banking-finance, merge & acquisition, foreign investment, international trade, intellectual property, construction and real estate.

In year 2008, Mr. Thang advised ABBANK, one of the largest local commercial banks on its sale of 15% stake to MAYBANK – one of three largest Malaysian bank institutions and signing Strategic Cooperation Agreement with this bank institution.

Mr. Thang has also participated in a number of large-scale real estate and hospitality development projects in the large central cities and provinces of Vietnam. Recent representative transactions/projects of which Mr. Thang is involved in year 2008 include:

v      Advising Quantum Group Capital Corp. (VN) during its discussion, negotiation and establishment of a Joint Venture with a group of Russian, BVI and Vietnamese Investors to invest into a International 5-star resort having total invested capital estimated at US$ 200 million in middle region of Vietnam. Mr. Thang is also continuing provide legal advice to Quantum Group Capital Corp. during the implementation of the Project;

v      Advising Quantum Capital Ltd (BVI) during the acquisition of a international 4-star resort Project having total invested capital estimated at 40 million USD in the middle region of Vietnam. Mr. Thang is also continuing provide legal advice to Quantum Capital Ltd. (BVI) during the implementation of the Project;

v      Advising Quantum Group Capital Corp. (VN) during its discussion, negotiation with a group of Russian, BIV and Vietnamese Investors for the establishment of a Joint Venture to jointly invest into an International 5-star ecological resort with the total investment estimatedat 800 million USD (in two stages). Mr. Thang is also continuing provide legal advice to Quantum Group Capital Corp. (VN) during the implementation of the Project;

v      Advising GTI Global Finance LLC (US) on the international trade transactions with its Vietnamese partners and on its conflict with a No.1 commercial Vietnamese bank relating to the L/C administration.

Mr. Tran Dinh Kien is the Deputy Director of TTK LAW FIRM. Mr. Kien has over 10 year experience in business legal counseling in Vietnam.
